Talvia Peterson is the Vice-President and Co-Owner of Upscale Salon Suites, Inc and owner of the Pink Cadillac Success Studio.  She is an Executive Senior Sales Director and Future National Sales Director with Mary Kay, Inc.  Talvia has been in leadership for 10+ years.  Talvia is also a founding member of the Sister Circle.

Talvia is a native Floridian. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, and Master in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (where she graduated in the top 2% of her class and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society).  Talvia was recently accepted to Phoenix University to complete her Doctoral Degree in Business:  Organization Management & Leadership.

Prior to her owning her own businesses, Talvia was a Vice-President with Bank of America. After working with BOA for several years, she used her business and sales skills to her advantage in Mary Kay, becoming a director in 28 days, a free car in 60 days, and is now leading a team that averages over $40,000 in retail sales monthly. Talvia is a Pink Cadillac success, having earned her seventh car in less than 10 years.

Talvia is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church and lives on the promise that God will bless the work of our hands.
