Paula J. Ward, President-Mecca Chapter

Paula Ward began her professional career with Southern Bell and recently retired from her last position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kellee Communications Group Incorporated, an airport concessionaire. Paula worked in the telecommunications industry for over forty years. Prior to KELLEE Communications, Paula worked with the Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles World Airports. Paula received a B.A. degree in Political Science and Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills where she was a Truman Scholar and has had further training in Public Affairs and Public Policy from the CORO Foundation in Los Angeles.
Paula’s varied and extensive community service has included California State University-Dominguez Hills Women’s Center Advisory Council, Los Angeles Unified School District’s Commission for Sex Equity, Association of California School Administrators, Fulton County Community Development Citizens’ Review Panel, Airport Minority Advisory Council, and the Youth Ensemble of Atlanta. Currently, she serves as President the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-MECCA Chapter in Atlanta.
Paula resides in the South Fulton area with her husband, Harold.
