Marjorie Horsey has been a member of NCBW - Manhattan Chapter since 1999.   Initially, a member of the Health Committee she was appointed Chair of Membership in 2001.  She was elected VP Budget & Finance  for 2005-07 and  elected VP Membership for 2007-09.

Professionally, Marjorie is a Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years in the field of Outpatient Mental Health.  For the past 8 years she has served as the Director of Medical & Mental Health Services for the foster care division of Catholic Guardian Society & Home Bureau in New York.
